Yvonne Kammerer has been working as a research scientist at the IWM in the Multimodal Interactions Lab since January 2008. In May 2011 she finished her PhD and now works as a postdoc in this lab. Furthermore, from March to May 2008 she worked as a visiting researcher at the Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) in California, USA, and from June to July 2011 at the University of Valencia, Spain. From November 2017 until August 2020 she also worked as an Assistant Professor at the Open University of the Netherlands in Heerlen. From September 2020 until August 2021 she was Professor for Psychology & Management at the International School of Management (ISM) in Stuttgart. Since September 2021, she is Professor of Information and Communication Psychology at Media University Stuttgart (HdM). In her research she is interested in information seeking and evaluation on the WWW, multiple documents comprehension, hypermedia learning, eye tracking and human-computer interaction (HCI).Yvonne Kammerer studied psychology at the University of Tübingen and the University of Madrid (diploma 2007) with a focus on educational and media psychology and industrial and organizational psychology. During her studies she worked as a student assistant at the IWM, at the Psychological Institute of the University of Tübingen at the department of Applied Cognitive and Media Psychology, and as an intern at Daimler AG, in the department Research and Technology. During her diploma thesis, she worked as a student assistant at the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering, Stuttgart at the department Human-Computer Interaction.
