Budget resources of KMRC
In the context of this project, we applied research outcomes stemming from the projects PATONGO - Patterns and Tools for Non-Governmental Organizations and MIRROR - Reflective Learning at Work. Computer-support for (team) reflection was developed and implemented to enhance (team) learning from critical incidents. For this purpose, KMRC collaborated with the center for simulation based training of the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. Here, students and dentists trained their practical skills by means of high fidelity simulation based team training. To facilitate learning, we worked on developing accounts to support team reflection and team learning and examine their effectiveness with regard to individual learning and team performance.
