Dr. Kathrin Rosing
Research Coordinator
Kathrin Rosing has been working as a research coordinator at the IWM since May 2022. Her tasks include redesigning and monitoring the research information system, gathering performance indicators, and providing and updating targeted reports and statistics for internal and external stakeholders. In addition, she is responsible for identifying and presenting research-related funding opportunities and supports the work of the Executive Board.
Kathrin Rosing studied psychology at the University of Osnabrück. Afterwards, she worked as a research assistant at Justus Liebig University Giessen and Leuphana University Lueneburg, where she completed her PhD in organizational psychology in 2011. Before coming to IWM, she was an assistant professor for Psychology of Entrepreneurial Behavior at the University of Kassel.
