Olga Özbek
Member of the Multimodal Interaction Lab
Olga Özbek has been working at the IWM in the Multimodal Interaction lab of Prof. Dr. Gerjets since September 2016. In collaboration with cooperation partners, she produces hypermedial content for tabletop-displays and mobile devices as part of the project `Intuitive and Collaborative Interaction with Digital Media on Tabletop-Displays`. From January 2012 to December 2014 she worked at the IWM first as student assistant, then as research fellow in the project `Intuitive and Personalized Visitor Information with Interactive Displays in Museums: Contextualized – Multimedia-Based – Collaborative (EyeVisit)`. She was also an associate researcher at the IWM as an employee of the Herzog Anton Ulrich-Museum from January 2015 to August 2016.
Olga Özbek studied Art History and Historical and Cultural Anthropology at the University of Tübingen (M. A. 2014). She is a PhD candidate at the philosophy department of the University of Tübingen. Her doctoral project is about the nature of pictorial depiction.
