Daniel Wroblewski has been a researcher and doctoral student at IWM in the Social Processes lab since December 2020. His research focuses on power and leadership in digital contexts, particularly with regard to role of the frequency of interaction between leaders and followers. From January to December 2021 he acted as doctoral student spokesperson.
Daniel Wroblewski studied psychology (M.Sc. 2019) at the SRH University of Applied Sciences in Heidelberg with a focus on personnel psychology and neuropsychology. During his studies, he was a research assistant at the Central Institute of Mental Health (ZI) in Mannheim, where he was mainly involved in conducting and evaluating cognitive-psychological studies.
