Angelica Henestrosa has been a research associate and doctoral candidate since 2020 in the project “AI for Science Communication” within the Knowledge Construction lab at the IWM. She is part of the interdisciplinary research network Human-Agent Interaction, which focuses on “Human Performance and Acceptance in Interaction with Intelligent, Language-Based Software Agents.”

In her dissertation, she explores how AI-generated content is perceived and evaluated in the context of science communication.
