Stefanie Klein has been working as a research associate in the Everyday Media lab (until March 2022 Junior Research Group Social Media) since July 2020. In her research, she explores how interactions with communicative artificial intelligence affect interpersonal interactions. She also investigates which factors influence the credibility of AI-based chatbots.
