Tamara Schilling has been a research associate at the IWM (Institute for Media and Communication Studies) in the e-teaching Transfer Lab since April 2026. Within the framework of the "Adaptive Intelligent System (AIS)" project, she is involved in establishing and maintaining a virtual dialogue and feedback platform on the IWM school portal schule-mal-digital.de. The aim is to facilitate moderated exchange between educational practice, educational research, and project participants regarding the potential and obstacles, as well as the didactic and pedagogical requirements of the AIS.

From October 2023 to February 2026, she worked within the framework of the BMBF Competence Center KuMuS, focusing on the transfer and dissemination of knowledge about the use of digital media in school lessons. Her core tasks included collecting and compiling best-practice examples for the use of digital technologies in the classroom and preparing research-based materials for schule-mal-digital.de.
